Teeth!

Apologies for the blog absence...it has been a busy week with a somewhat sleep-challenged baby, but hopefully things are looking up.

The biggest news around here lately is that our little Abigail is no longer a toothless baby:

The week before Memorial Day we started to see the tips of the tooth on her front left bottom gum, and if finally popped out that Tuesday.  The Saturday of Memorial Day it was joined by the front right bottom tooth.  Overall, Abigail handled it really well--we had one rough night of sleep around this time that we are attributing to the teeth, although it could be random. That seems pretty good, all things considered.

I tried my best to capture them on film and I think the top picture is the best.  Abigail opens her mouth to show us the teeth all the time, but clams up once the camera comes out. Hopefully they will be making an appearance in more photos soon!
