Mount Lemmon

Over the weekend, we took Abigail and my mom up to Mount Lemmon, a peak in the Santa Catalinas above Tucson that is around 9000 feet.

We got up to the top and had a little picnic in the woods and enjoyed the cool weather.

After we ate, we put some shoes on Abigail and let her try walking around in the forest.  She thought it was very interesting:

We found some grass that was even taller than Abigail too:

After we had our fill of nature, we went to get a little snack and JP and Abigail waited patiently while me and my mom waited in the long line:

It was a fun adventure and made us think how fun it will be to explore with Abigail as she gets even bigger!
